Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 
the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You and Darwatan consent to the exclusive 
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for resolution 
of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.
